Wall ovens--Electrolux, Fagor
I've been monitoring this site for a couple of months while researching appliance choices for a new kitchen addition to a house we are buying. I'd appreciate input on wall ovens I'm considering.
Ovens will be used primarily for baking--bread, cookies, scones, bagels, pizza. I want convection to eliminate hot spots/need to rotate pan halfway through, also want minimum temperature fluctuation. We want to spend about $3000 for two ovens. Here's what I'm considering:
Option 1: Electrolux IQ Touch double oven. How repair-prone is this model? Temperature fluctuation on this model? Does this double oven have more problems than the single oven version?
Option 2: Electrolux IQ Touch single oven plus Fagor 24" side-opening oven. Reliability, temperature fluctuation of the Fagor? Interior dementions are w17"xd14"xh14". What's the widest cookie sheet or lasagna pan that would comfortably fit in this oven?
