Check Engine light....2003 Altima

I was doing some maintainence work on this car and I unplugged the connection to the mass air flow sensor...now the Check Engine light is on. Will it go off by itself?

Yes it should go back off all by itself, if you caused the computer to recognize a circuit fault, and there are no other problems remaining. It may take three starts and short drives to accomplish turning the light off.
