chevy truck rear turn signals

99 silverado. back lights are not working right. no clearance/driving function. no turn signals. brakes work. i can unlock truck with remote and front turns flash but not rear.

Put the truck in park, foot off the brake, and turn on the headlamps. Do you have tail lights? If not, start tracing to find where that circuit is interrupted. Unless both tail lamps are burned out, it will be a place that affect both lamps, like a common ground. (You did test both tail lamps?)

You'll need a circuit diagram. There are too many differences between makes and models to make an intelligent guess.

seems son put led capsules in lights. put stock bulbs back and it works fine.
