Well, it's now this:
From time to time, I change out the top notch by putting a paper macho ball over the original drawer pull.
Now that is quite a change! Out of the 'darkness'....tho I sure loved Poe's raven in it too. That's a neat idea to make the top look different. Cloches are such fun, and big statements in little packages, which is the best part.
Whoa! Is she ready to take a bath? Looks like she's only wearing that'heart' ~~~~~blush! LOL!
I remember this cage you made & it looks re-vitalized w/the new knob & your Valentine goodies! Sweet! TFS, OA! Jeanne S.
That's just darling. Could you remind us how you made the wire cloches?
Here's a link to my blog. It should give you some idea how it goes together.
Ask questions too.
There's also a link to the original "inventor" that shows more steps.
Here is a link that might be useful: Wire Cloche Posting.
Looks great either way.
Super idea to change the top knob with the paper mache ball!
You are defintely one clever and crafty gal.
Oh my goodness, Jeanne. I didn't think about that! Perhaps I should have covered up her *hoo hoo* with pink panties before I posted. After all, this is a PG forum.
I'll watch out for such brazenness in the future.
Cute 'Gurly-Girl' Valentine Vignette!
Love that 'Cloche/Cage' both ways...and so clever
how you camouflaged the knob... it gave it a total
Jeanne...LOL - !
What a fun change, OA.
It's cool that you can get more than one use out of the cage.
Love that cool new knob!
OA, love the change using your wire cloche. So clever to cover the knob for different occasions. One would be pretty painted white too.
Wish I was staying home today. I would be playing to see if I could make one of these. You are such an inspiration.
Jeanne, your so funny!
Really like your cloche OA! Neat to have it changed out to Valentine's decor.
Thanks for the instructions . I'm going to have to find me some chicken wire!!!!
Very sweet, Denise! Good to see you back!
