Oven Racks

Is there a way to "fix" oven racks that were left in during self-cleaning and are now a little "sticky"?

A *very* light bit of cooking oil on the racks and/or support rails may help. My oven has porcelain racks that can be run through self-clean without discoloring as will chrome but they still are affected for sliding in/out. I've used the oil method, which does help ... but the oil 'burns' to a residue on the support rails. Maybe I'm using too much.

sjhockey - bummer - I did that with my old oven and hoping not to have a repeat performance with my Wolf.
