Need help 15yr old subzero in great condition or a new kitchenaid built-in?

I know which way i Should go. just wanted someone elses opinion.

How do you know its in great condition? Has it been removed from the wall? Have you really inspected it closely and are you knowledgeable about how fridges work? I would never buy a 15 year old appliance unless I knew exactly what I was getting.
