Swapping instrument clusters
I have in the past swapped out a pain instrument cluster for one with guages with no trouble at all. Now I want to do the same thing with my '91 T-bird and it will not just plug and play. I am having a hard time finding the pinouts so that I can swap the wires in the harness around. If anyone has information about this, I would be greatfull. I am trying to swap the "standard" cluster for the "Proformance" cluster. I know that I will need to change the oil sender. On Sunday, I re-aranged the wires to match the cut off ones from the "Proformance" cluster and a few things worked but not the tach.
