1960's chandelier identification?????

I just bought a house that was built, by a wealthy doctor, in 1962. Can someone point me in the right direction on this chandelier? I was told that the wife of the doctor traveled to New York and bought this chandelier. I was also told that it was shipped to the house in a very large crate and was very expensive. It is definitely crystal and not glass. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Check all the hardware for a maker's name. It's tedious, but they are usually stamped or engraved on a fitting somewhere.

I've searched this thing over and over and don't see any watermarks or stamps or engraving.
