I know this is a bit out there, but I was watching an episode of Star Trek Voyager that had this tea cup in it. I was wondering if it could be identified, if it is an actual china piece?
Is it back stamped, if so could you show a picture.
This is the best shot I could get of the back. Remember that this is from the show so I can only give these shots. I hope it's enough.
Does anyone know what these are for? They are 3 inches square, silver and gold quadruple plate made by the Simpson Hall Miller Co. The set of 12 was sold by the Jaccard Jewelry Co in St Louis MO. The round indentation in the middle is about 1/2 inch deep.
If they are coasters, it would have to be for a glass with a pretty small stem.....wondering if they are salt dips (as opposed to salt cellars)?
Sleepmom: Ashtrays, to match a silverplated cigar box sold by the same company?
jlscottt, that pattern might be from the future. ;)
Here is a link that might be useful: cigar box on ebay
