lighthouse table lamp info

mindyrbrts30October 21, 2012

This has been in my fathers house since i can remeber.

It is made up of some type of cast metal with what looks like a brushed bronze finish.

Inside parts of it are turning green and the lamp os liter than it looks.

I can not find any marks on it for a maker other than

No.172

On the back.

It is a nice lamp but the.globe is missing so i would like to know more about the lamp and perhaps get a globe similar to the original.

Any info would help as the net is not to helpful when all i know is it is a lighthouse!

Thank you!

I believe these were called either radio or tv lamps to put on while you were listening or watching. If you look occasionaly on ebay you will find these listed. You could probably get a repro flame globe for the light. You should probably rewire it also. Look on ebay for a globe.
