Help to identify cobalt blue vase

This vase sat in my grandmothers house forever. It has no markings on it. It is blue with gold and flowers. It is 5 inches tall. Any help would be appreciated. I can send pics to you.

Go to and read the instructions...
I'll bet it is a blown glass enameled piece from about 1880 or so....but it's a wild guess without a picture.
