Am getting ready to order mine.
Would love to hear comments by anyone who has (or had) one.
True terrazzo is just about a lost art. It's formed of marble chips in a cementious base, troweled in place, then ground down to expose the aggregate. If you can buy something preformed with that label, then it's not actual terrazzo. That would be too brittle and heavy to ship without damage.
Don't know exactly what it is, or it's wear propeties without reading the specs. True cement based terrazzo should be kept well sealed as it is as porous as any natural stone. If this is a lighter resin based product, that would make sense as being a prefab produced pan.
Thanks hollysprings. How about this?
