Need info on Buffet - maker Harvest of Louisville (??)
We have a buffet that was purchased from the previous owners of our home...and they purchased it from the previous owner....it has been in the house for a LONG time. :) House was built in 1904.
It appears to be cherry or mahogany (I'm not furniture or wood expert). I found the maker name in a drawer today - Harvest of Louisville. I can find NOTHING at all on the internet about this company.
Anyone ever heard of this maker or know anything about this style of buffet? Age maybe? 30s or 40s? It is heavy, very well made (definitely not cheap) and the inside drawers have nice detailing like wooden adjustable drawer dividers for silverware, etc. It's around 6 feet long...maybe a touch less.
