We have just started considering a convection microwave for our tiny Manhattan kitchen. We are doing gut renovation and are planning on doing a built in MW under the counter. Given we don't have space for 2 regular ovens, convection MW seemed like a good addition. Any opinions out there? Anything we should know or specifically look for in choosing one?
What model do you have, and what are the pros and cons?
