Russel Wright dishes

denali2007August 8, 2012

I have a set of these dishes that were my grandmothers and I would like to sell them. They are from the 40"s 50"s era. Where would be a good place to sell them? Is there a market for them?

I would put an ad in your local paper, or take them to a local consignment shop. Because of the size and weight relative to value, shipping will be an issue.
Search ebay completed sales for what Russel Wright is bringing.

I wonder if, on eBay, you can specify "local pick-up only" for the shipping method. This would make the size and weight a moot point. Just wondering.....

Of course you can always put that in....but then you limit your market to the same people as your newspaper ads.

shipping those would be dangerous, I'd try for somebody to buy them locally
