Frank Betz plans (allenbrook) Help on deciding

jean61February 8, 2011

We are looking at the Frank Betz plan (Allenbrook) but like several others. We will be building on 10 acres in virginia but hate the thought of building a home without first seeing the Real Deal. Has anyone built this model? and if so, or something like it...do you have pictures that we may see.

We are open to several other floor plans... we would like a one level home but will consider 2 levels as long as the master is on the first floor.

We are required to be atleast 2500 sq ft for one level

2900 sq ft for 1 1/2 level

3200 for 2 level

we feel that a one level or a level and half will look the best on the lot because we are on a slight hill from the road.

so any suggestions or help is appreciated.
