THIS WAS GOING TO GO TO THE DUMP FROM THE NEIGHBORS AND I RESCUED IT.. A MINUTE LATER THEY WERE GOING TO BUST IT UP TO DUMP IT..

SO I NEED HELP WITH POSSIBLE AGE AND WHO COULD HAVE MADE IT AND ITS POSSIBLE WORTH.

Asian; quite recent, last 25 years perhaps? I recognize that wood, it is one of this light-colored asian species that has a grain similar to mahogany. The buildings look Japanese, and is that supposed to be Mt. Fuji?

Good rescue!

Japanese themed - that is Fujiyama - and fairly recent, probably Malaysian or Chinese made.

It could look stunning if you painted it glossy teal, or painted and glazed it to enhance the carvings. Line the interior with a patterned kimono-look fabric. (totally over the top)
