identify if possible please

Greetings. We inherited a lovely dinner set. In unwrapping and transferring it we found it to have some broken pieces. It may not be antique but it is very attractive and special to us so I would like to see if I can replace the pieces.
The mark on the base from the top down is; Bone China, Made in England, H 1490
and finally an angular small D.
The lovely pattern is as in the photo attached.
Hoping someone can assist
