1 medium coconut, meat only
2 large orange
2 medium peaches
juice all these in your juicer :)
I usually make my own smoothie at home and it is my on-the-go breakfast whenever I go to the gym and have no time in the morning to have a full breakfast. I made it at night and freeze it overnight. My favorite smoothie is the strawberry kiwi smoothies. It so delicious and it brightens my day.
