24k karat gold plated coffee maker?

garceeJuly 13, 2011

So I love going to auctions and I found a nice coffee maker plated in 24k. Its really neat but I cant find information about it anywhere. It still has the original tags. One tag reads Royal-Regent One Hundred Dollars 24 karat gold plated. The other reads The Worlds Finest Automatic Coffee-Maker as advertised in LIFE Royal-Matic On the inside it has brewing instuctions and on the back it says Manufactured and Guaranteed by Robeson-Rochester corporation. It looks pretty old but its in good shape and is in a nice box. I'm so curious to know what exactly I have. Thanx!

So that would mean the coffee pot is from the 50's. Some of those other ads are just priceless.
