Kale juicing

It is low in calories and a detox food, fight many cancer.
5 large kale leaves
1-2 large cucumbers
1 lemon (peeled)
1 apple
1 inch knob ginger (peeled)
1-2 large ribs celery

*Wash and prepare all produce then push through a juicer.(I hav slow juicer or cold press better than a blender)

Use organic produce whenever possible. Serve immediately over ice.

A better idea is to use a food processor and make it a green smoothie and that way you get the whole plant along with the fiber. I spent a good 6 weeks juicing all the healthiest vegetables and eating fruit smoothies with yogurt and nothing else and my triglycerides went through the roof. You need the fiber to slow the sugars from hitting the bloodstream too fast.

Well i think it depends on your needs, others doesn't want too much fiber because of health reasons, others doesn't want to be bloated by drinking smoothies.. but yes w still need fibers. Juicing has a lot of ways in getting the right nutrients we need
