From what I heard, green juice fast is the one effective, I am also into juicing but i juice both fruits and veggies for weight loss also. Actually it depends on your body each of us has different reaction when it comes to way of dieting. on the other hand smoothies will make you feel full so in effect you wont be eating much which will lead to weight loss.
