Dutch Pitcher

debodunJuly 27, 2011

This small-sized (6.5" tall) pottery pitcher has a transfer pattern of what appears to be several vignettes of Dutch children. There is no marks on the bottom. I wanted to know if someone knows what company might have manufactured this, its approximate age, or any other info. Thanks.

The color of the glaze reminds me of Pfaltzgraff, but I don't think they ever made pitchers like these. They are really cute.

Brush and Roseville potteries also did a line of transfer pattern pottery with Dutch Kids on them. Roseville did do a line in blue.......and I have seen a picture of them without the pottery mark and only a pattern number. But these really don't look like either of them, either.
