Any users of the Smokin-it electric smokers? It seems to be the best priced smoker out there with little complaint from owners.

I'm using my new 40" masterbuilt smoker for the first time today! So excited! I put a 10lb brisket in the AM. How often do I add chips? How do I empty the grease pan without getting grease on my patio floor?
