Best grill in the $400-450 price range

We are looking for a natural gas grill, we don't care about a side burner, just want a grill that does not require lots of cleaning and maintence. We will keep the grill covered, but do not want to have to remove parts to clean often. At this point in our lives, with two kids playing sports 5 nights a week, during the summer and working full time, we want something that will cook a decent chicken breast or steak but don't need to win a grilling competition.

We saw some infrared grills, but are wondering how much cleaning they need. To be honest, if we grill it is to avoid cleaning a broiler pan, so cleaning grill parts every time won't be good for us.

Suggestions?

I would suggest buying a Kamado Charcoal grill from Costco for about $100 more.
Last a lifetime, grills and smokes better than any gas grill.
Easy to clean.
Using a Weed Torch it is ready to go every bit as fast as any gas grill.
