Czech China

jamsantMay 15, 2011

My parents purchased a full set serving for eight of China several years ago. It was from Czechoslavakia. It is covered with 24K gold with platinum in the center. Anyone have any more info or any idea of value? Thanks.

I have a friend who had that exact same set. They bought it at an estate sale for very little under $100. They sold it for a lot more. But it took a while.
It's so garish it doesn't have a lot of appeal, but perhaps with gold prices being so high it might have some appeal.
