Undistinguished cup and saucer, probably part of a set made for restaurant use. You might get $2.00 at a flea market....but maybe not.

I agree with Linda, unless it really is a demitasse. You know we are so used to huge mugs and cups now that it's easy to forget a 'normal' coffee cup to most mid-century sets holds only about six ounces. I think the mug-shape would not appeal to most people who collect older cups and saucers.
