Home Radon test public record?

rerodNovember 2, 2011

I would like to know the Radon level in my home and see the home tests require you to send it in for analysis. When they verify the results.. Is it public record at that point? Or confidential?

if you get a high reading I think you are legally responsible to disclose it to any buyers if you don't fix it. Most buyers do a radon test during the inspection anyway, so you may as well determine if you have a radon issue. As to your exact question I am not sure
