Help indentifying this glassware?

jaxnurseMay 17, 2012

I've had this set for 30 years, my grandparents probably had it for 40 (??). I brought it to a local antique dealer, who had no input on it. Anyone have any ideas?

They are now yellowed, but were an ivory-tinged clear glass to begin with. The painting is raised, obviously hand-painted. They are as light as a feather, too! I have 4 glasses and a pitcher. Thank you!

It was called a "lemonade set"....and your time frame is about right....1920-ish.
They are enamel decorated....don't know where they were made....perhaps Czechoslovakia?

Here is a link that might be useful: lemonade set

That's very similar! I was thinking perhaps from the area of Italy or Germany, as my grandparents traveled there frequently in the 40's, but could be Czech. Hmmm, not worth as much as I was thinking - maybe I'll just use it :)
Thank you!
