What are these, and from where?

I assume they're hor d'oeuvres forks, or something similar. They are 5-1/2" long. They were tarnished, so they're most likely silverplate. But no other markings except for shown below. Wonder if they're from a cruiseline or ship.....

Because they were tarnished doesn't mean they are plate....both Sterling and plate will tarnish.
They look like cocktail forks....I think the ship is just a design.
The mark looks Greek? or perhaps Russian?
Sorry I am not acquainted whith marks from those countries.

My first thought about the ships was Columbus' three ships. Could this be some commemorative piece? Could also be a lemon fork. The anchor on the back could also refer to Columbus (the anchor is a mariner's symbol for him).
