Condo rules

We have 2 positions for directors empty on our Assoc board. Do we have to wait until general elections in March or can we fill those spots mid term.

What do the association rules say?

I would think any organization created with any sense would have a way to replace a board member should one resign, or leave, etc., midterm.

So look at the rules; there's a strong likelihood that there's a mechanism available.

Even if the rules do not outline any specific provisions, I am certain the rules do outline a procedure to periodically amend the rules should the need arise.
