We have a basement that leaks in a number of spots when it rains. The leaky spots are all at the base of the concrete block wall near the floor. We regraded, examined (and regularly clean) our gutters and extended our downspouts underground further away from the house. Basement still leaks. We're having trouble because it's so hard to figure out how to deal with it with all of the conflicting advice. Also, we're not the most knowledgeable homeowners around. Can anyone recommend an honest engineer/waterproofing consultant who can examine our home and give us solid advice as to what to do? We live in Lakewood, NJ (08701). Thanks!
