Antique Dishware Chinese pattern

WuglanMarch 23, 2013

Hello. I have a set of plates, bowls and saucers with a Chinese pattern I believe made by Bates & Walker. I found that this "Tea House" pattern was a popular pattern made by several Staffordshire firms. It is the same as "Chinese Pattern" by Ashworth, "Chinese Ching" by Adams, and the "Chinese Pattern" made by Hope & Carter. Plates from these firms are ink stamped however mine are not. Just wondering if it is common for dishes from such companies to not have the ink stamp. Mine do have an impression on each such as 7 / 80, I assume showing it was the 7th of 80 made as well as written in pen is the pattern number 6369. Also wondering how I can verify when these were made. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You - Lewis
