Finishing a pier block

alldatoysFebruary 9, 2010

I have a basement in which the pier blocks are out in the open. Drywall and paneling cover the majority of them but where the pier block angles out is in plain sight. How to you cover these when molding on the normal wall buts up to it?

from the top of the wall it looks like this, then "---" is the wall

Front view is like this, the wall is the MMMM and the top of the molding is the top of the M
