Japanese vase - need opinion

Tom_SVKMarch 25, 2013

Hello everybody, a friend of mine has inherited an antique porcelain vase (please see the attached picture) and asked me to help him with its identification. I did some research and found that it should be a Japanese vase made by Suzuki Co. in the mid-20th century. However, I was unable to find any more details on the value of the vase. Therefore, I'd like to ask for your opinion on the matter, whether it has some value or if it's just a nice cheap piece of porcelain. Thanks a lot in advance! Tom

Is it cloisonne?

It's almost abstract.

You'll have to search eBay and auction sites to see if there are results. It's either worth little or else extremely rare.
