Japanese Tea Set c.1904

Delco4444February 5, 2011

I am looking for information on a Japanese Tea set that we believe was purchased at the World's Fair in St. Louis, 1904. The pieces are mainly blue and white with images of people on them. There is a tea pot, creamer, several cups and saucers. On the bottom of each piece there is a marking of red and gold. It appears to be a Japanese symbol.

Does anyone have any information on such a set, or know where we can verify its origin or worth?

Thank you!

We need a picture....lots of Japanese ware matches that description. Maybe you can find it at the site below.
