Small Condominium Management
I belong to a very small condominium board (six owners) in Brooklyn. Since weÂre so small and have a very active board, weÂre seriously considering hiring a management agent simply for the collection of assessments. As our treasurer is willing to pay our bills, the collection of assessments would be the primary function of the management agent.
Does anyone here have any personal experience with this? Can anyone make a recommendation of an agent specializing in this service?
